A Personal Connection to Denver
Originally from Iowa, Abram grew up working in his family’s small-town hardware store and cheering on the Hawkeyes. He earned both his bachelor’s degree and MBA from the University of Iowa.
He and his wife of more than twenty years moved to Denver in 2005, where they’ve raised their two children and enjoyed watching the city and its neighborhoods evolve. That long-term perspective helps him relate naturally to families putting down roots, professionals relocating, and buyers planning their next chapter.
Outside of Real Estate
When he’s not working with clients, Abram enjoys staying active, collecting music and movies, and walking neighborhoods throughout the Denver metro area—often just to get a feel for what makes each community unique.
